Ice Melt, 2021

This piece combines footage taken on my expeditions to Greenland, Svalbard, and Antartica, imagery of paintings from my current exhibition Seeing Climate Change, and sourced footage from James Balog’s filming of a calving event in Greenland. In order to communicate the awesome nature of ice, the rich visuals are accompanied by a haunting soundscape composed by my collaborator and editor Alanna Rebbeck.
